These products are made for retail sale.
Sandwiches:
Our sandwiches are thermally sealed in a wedged container to maintain freshness for your customers.
Round Focaccia:
These are sealed in a clear cellophane bag, which is removed prior to heating in a microwave or toasting.
Other Products:
All other products are presented in clear clam containers for freshness and ease of display.
Labelling
Great care has been taken in the design and layout of each label to display:- the manufacturer's details, ingredients, barcodes, use-by dates. All products are labelled with these requirements in place. Our production database has been developed to conform to FSANZ and other statutory requirements.
Micro Testing
We micro test our products and check for shelf life verification that is 3 days from the date of manufacture.
Supply
We supply retail products to cafés, hospitals, clubs, universities, schools and sporting venues for on-sale.
